Personal training can be done for a variety of reasons.  Some of those reasons include: rehab from an injury, time constraints from “regular gym/class times”, wanting to feel confident and learn specific ways to workout from a trained expert, and complimenting your current workout schedule with something more. We also have a personal training to get you ready for group classes if that is your goal. let us know what group classes you are wanting to take and we will get you ready to learn the cues, the moves, and what weight selection you should choose.

At Perfect Union we have three excellent personal trainers, Jennifer Hardwick, Tyler Stow, And Caitlyn Verduzco.  our trainers are nationally certified and continuously taking classes, seminars, and workshops to perfect their craft. They have a passion for seeing clients accomplish their goals, and teaching them safety in form and movements while pushing them through a great workout.

Our trainers work early mornings, evenings, and weekends, making it accessible to fit into any schedule.

Personal training pricing: 

Single 60 minute session $70-95/hr

Five-60 minute sessions $325-450 ($50 savings) 

Ten-60 minute sessions $600-850 ($100 savings) 

we also offer 30 & 45 minute sessions 

30 minute Sessions $35-50

45 minute sessions $50-65

packages available for a cost savings of our 30 and 45 minute sessions as well
